Kim Mulkey's fashion choices are becoming one of the stories of the NCAA Tournament.

For Sunday's Elite Eight game against Miami (Fla.), Mulkey wore a sparkly, multi-colored jacket with white pants and white shoes. T Shirt Dress

It was a different style and look compared to her Friday outfit, complete with a pink ostrich feather fringe and floral blazer for the Tigers' Sweet 16 win over Utah. But Mulkey still stood out.

Mulkey's outfit choices have become a part of the Tigers' run to the Elite Eight (and maybe further).

In the Tigers' first round NCAA Tournament game last week, Mulkey wore a white sweater with the words "kiss me i'm a queen" stitched across the front in green and gold glitter. She said the "queen" reference was meant to recognize Queen of Sparkles, the boutique that outfits Mulkey.

On Feb. 17 after a win over Ole Miss, Mulkey handed her pink-sequined jacket to a fan who shouted "Strut your stuff!" as Mulkey walked off the floor.

"I didn't even ask her for it," Rei Stevens, the fan who got the jacket, said. "She just gave it to me."

Frock Shorts The Tigers are one win away from the program's first Final Four since 2008. Mulkey is in her second season at LSU after 21 seasons at Baylor in which she led the Bears to three national titles. She could return to Texas for the Final Four in Dallas on Friday if the Tigers win against the Hurricanes.
