USA: Ritchie Engineering has upgraded the Bullett range of Yellow Jacket vacuum pumps with the Bullet X, a two-stage rotary vane model with a number of performance improvements.

A large brass oil drain is said to allow easy access to fast oil changes, internal intake check valve prevents oil backup into the system during a power failure. It also has an intake filter screen to keep damaging particles from entering the pump and a downward-angled oil sump to remove contaminants often trapped in other sump designs
