A shifting load on the back of a tractor-trailer sent a steel beam crashing through the truck's cab on Wednesday afternoon in Lebanon County. Rebar
The scary-looking incident happened around 4:50 p.m. at the intersection of Route 934 and Harrison Drive in North Annville Township.
The Annville Cleona Fire Department responded to the scene and helped the driver get out of the cab. The department shared photos from the scene, which you can see in the video player above.
The driver was transported to a local hospital for unknown injuries.
