Kiweewa says whereas these can be stuck on the wall using glue, there is an option of a spray foam that can be sprayed on walls or ceilings to the same effect.

Ojakol says these are two panes of glass that are set into one frame thus creating two layers of glass.

They are made of foam, fiber or rubber material that is good for soundproofing and can be in form of carpets, hardwood, rugs and pads, among others.
